The first call is about understanding your situation, not pitching at you. We'll talk through what's working, what isn't, and where the pressure is coming from — whether that's operational firefighting, supply chain cost and stock, compliance demands from customers or investors, or wanting to use AI sensibly without losing control.

If it's clear I can help, we'll agree a sensible next step — usually an Operational Review to get a clear, honest picture of how things work today and where the biggest gains are. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so, and point you in a more useful direction where I can.
